At night the lights of passing ships and coast line twinkle like stars, along from Dawlish to Teignmouth Pier on towards Berry Head at some 30 miles away. The New Decking Area can be lit at night. Cook on the permanent gas BBQ Using the patio table & chairs provided, eat Al Fresco style.
Only 3 minutes walk down to beautiful Sandy Bay, and only 50 yards from the South West coastal path.

The lounge area is open plan and has a 22" Flat Screen Digital Colour TV/DVD, stereo, and gas fire and the seating can be turned into a double bed. This leads through to the kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Also included is an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. On hot stuffy nights you can turn on the cold air circulation. In this very modern caravan the windows have night ventilation opening positions.
There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and dressing table. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be moved together, making doubles.They both have wardrobes.
It has a shower room with toilet and sink. Plus a second toilet. Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring your own covers and sheets.
The caravan is situated on a quiet position away from the noise. A welcome pack showing local information is provided by us.
